Pickens County Drug Arrest
On 10/17/2023, deputies with the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office Uniform Patrol Division (Bravo Team) noticed a suspicious person behind the Citgo convenience store on Highway 8 in Easley.
Deputies identified the subject as Thomas Wayne Brougham, who was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and an intent to distribute weight of heroin.
Thomas Wayne Brougham was arrested on the following charges:
• Possession of a Controlled Substance – 1st Offense.
• Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin – 1st Offense.
