Pickens County Drug Arrest

On 10/08/2023, deputies with the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office Uniform Patrol Division (Bravo Team) conducted a traffic stop on Slab Bridge Road in Liberty.

The vehicle’s driver was occupied by James Thomas Quinney, who was found to be in possession of an intent to distribute quantity of methamphetamine following a positive alert on the vehicle by K9 Unit, Kona.

James Thomas Quinney was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine – 1st Offense.
