Sheriff Clark Meets With Fallen Officer's Family

On 10/09/2023, Sheriff Rick Clark met with the family of Officer Matthew Hare at the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office, one of which was Matthew’s younger brother, Easton.

While meeting with Sheriff Clark, Easton was given challenge coins, a hat, and several other items. Easton was also given a tour of the Sheriff’s Office.

The Pickens County Sheriff’s Office encourages everyone to continue to pray for the Hare family and the community as we continue to mourn the loss of Officer Matthew Hare, who was tragically killed in the line of duty on August 2, 2023.
